Begin your day with a transfer from Negombo to Kitulgala, the perfect starting point for discovering unique bird species. Once you've checked into your hotel in Kitulgala, our knowledgeable guide will take you on a leisurely walk around the area, allowing you to gain insights into the local ecosystem.

Day 03

Early morning and evening walks in to Makandawa Rain Forest 

This will be a great experience for all for spotting endemic birds and some waterfalls in a thick canopy of lush forest with trees towering above and providing natural shade and coolness even on the hottest days.

Day 04

The Makandawa Rain Forest in Sri Lanka is known for its rich biodiversity, housing a variety of rare and endemic plant and animal species. Visitors can observe unique and endemic bird species such as Blue Magpie, Red Faced Malkoha, and Sri Lanka orange-billed babbler and three species of Kingfishers with Eagles in the morning hours and chestnut backed owlet, Sri Lanka Frogmouth and Serendib Scops Owl in evening hours in this unspoiled natural habitat.

Walking safari in Horton Plains National Park

Day 11

Following breakfast, you will be transferred from Nuwara Eliya to Chilaw. Once you have checked in at the hotel, take some time to unwind and enjoy the beautiful Chilaw beach.

Bird Watching in Anawilundawa Wetlands
